Directions:
1) place the guard in boiling water for approximately 15 seconds 2) Dip into cool water to bring the surface temperature to a comfortable level 3) Use a mirror to align the guard centrally with your teeth. 4) Carefully fit the guard over the teeth, bite down firmly and suck in. Keep in place for approximately 20 seconds. 5)Remove and rinse under cold water for 30 seconds. 6) Test the fit. If it is not accurate repeat steps 1-5
